- Formerly working as Salt Creek Contractors Inc., Carl Joye has been designing and building quality custom homes in Beaufort since 1985, and has earned the reputation as one of the finest builders in the area. As a native Beaufortonian, he is very familiar with the area and has witnessed first hand the expansive growth of Beaufort County. Carl attended Clemson University, one of the finest College's of Architecture in the country, earning a B.S. in Architectural Design in 1981, and a B.S. in Construction Management in 1983. Carl is married to Sabrina Joye, also a native of Beaufort where they are raising their four year old son, Conor Joye. The family business is a natural fit for Carl because the only thing more important than building Weichert, Realtors - Apex Realty into an even stronger force in the Beaufort real estate market, is building a healthy, happy family.
